EASTER BUNNY AT "HOUSE OF Z" AT CARMEL CITY CENTER
 
Carmel, IN-The Easter Bunny will make an appearance at House of Z on Saturday, April 15 from 1 to 3 p.m. to visit with children of all ages. Families will be able to take photos with the Easter Bunny and enjoy candy, an arts & crafts station and a free gift with a $50 purchase during their time at House of Z. In addition, IndyCLAW, an animal rescue group in Indianapolis, will be at the event with bunnies available for adoption. The bunnies are indoor house rabbits that have been spayed/neutered.

House of Z is Carmel City Center's children's boutique featuring clothing and accessories for infants to tweens located on the interior plaza of Carmel City Center adjacent to The Bike Line.

Visitors are invited to come early for lunch at divvy, Eggshell Bistro, Hubbard & Cravens or Matt the Miller's Tavern and visit the Shops at Carmel City Center before or after your visit with the Bunny. Don't forget to stop by Graeter's Ice Cream for a sweet treat afterwards!

House of Z is located on the interior plaza level of Carmel City Center at 727 Hanover Place. Surface parking is available on plaza level (accessible from City Center Drive) and in the underground garage (accessible from Range Line Road as well as City Center Drive).

The apartment units in the Residences of Carmel City Center opened in summer 2010. The penthouse condominiums are 93 percent committed. Law firm Drewry Simmons Vornehm occupies 16,500 square feet of office space in Carmel City Center. Future phases of Carmel City Center include additional residential and commercial space as well as a boutique hotel.

Carmel City Center is the location for The Center for the Performing Arts, which includes a 1,600 seat world-class concert hall named “The Palladium,” a 500-seat theater named “The Tarkington” and a 200-seat black box theater. The Center Green in Carmel City Center is also the home of the Carmel Farmers Market. This pedestrian-based master plan development is located at the southwest corner of Range Line Road and City Center Drive (126th Street). The Monon Greenway runs directly through the project. About The Nash

The Nash, a three-story, $10 million mixed-use building, is just south of Phase I of City Center on the west side of Range Line Road. It contains 30 one, two and three bedroom apartments on the second and third floors and 8,000 square feet of commercial space at street level.

Graeter’s Ice Cream, Endeavor Boutique and SEP Product Design Studio are open. Pedcor is in various stages of lease negotiations with other restaurant, retail and service concepts as well.
