Total Solar Eclipse

On August 21st there will be a total solar eclipse that will cross the United States from Oregon to South Carolina. What causes a solar eclipse?

Will it be safe to view in central Indiana?

How long will the eclipse last?

These questions and more will be answered, and there will also be a tour of the summer night sky of central Indiana.

Show date and times: August 11th at 7:30PM and again at 8:30PM; there will be public planetarium shows about the upcoming Great American Solar Eclipse. Show time will last approx. 45 mins.

Tickets will go on sale before the first show at 6:30PM near the planetarium entrance.
