LINDEN TREE GIFTS IS OPENING

AT CARMEL CITY CENTER

 

Carmel, IN-  Linden Tree Gifts will make their debut at Carmel City Center on Monday, October 15, 2018. Located at 736 Hanover Place, suite 108, Linden Tree is a gift shop featuring home décor accents, clothing and accessories and brings over 30 years’ experience to its new Carmel location.

The Carmel City Center Linden Tree is the second shop for owner, Rori Anderson. The original flagship location in Noblesville has a longstanding reputation of providing unique and trendy products and gifts at reasonable prices—including complimentary gift wrapping and in-home design consultation that customers will enjoy in the Carmel location as well. Featuring items from Happy Everything, Voluspa Candles, Tribal, Neon Budda, Habitat, Comfy, Cut Loose, Mud Pie, Fly London Shoes, Fenini and more.

“I am so excited to open my doors in Carmel City Center and welcome the Carmel community to visit and shop with us. We enjoy building relationships with our customers and look forward to meeting many new clients,” said Anderson.

Customers will be able to shop at Linden Tree Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The shop will be closed Sundays.

 “Linden Tree is the perfect complement to the current mix of businesses at Carmel City Center and we are excited to offer such a fun shop to the Carmel community,” said Melissa Averitt, senior vice president at Pedcor Companies.

Linden Tree is located on the interior plaza level of Carmel City Center at 736 Hanover Place, Suite 108. Surface parking is available on plaza level (accessible from City Center Drive), in the underground garage (accessible from Range Line Road as well as City Center Drive) and in the Veterans Way garage.

About Rori Anderson

Linden Tree owner, Rori Anderson, resides in Westfield, Indiana with her husband. In 2008, she bought the Noblesville Linden Tree business with no prior retail experience. Since then, she has expanded and grown the business into a local go-to spot for gifts, décor and much more.

The apartment units in the Residences of Carmel City Center opened in summer 2010. The penthouse condominiums are all committed. Law firm Drewry Simmons Vornehm occupies 16,500 square feet of office space in Carmel City Center. Future phases of Carmel City Center include additional residential and commercial space as well as a boutique hotel.

Carmel City Center is the location for The Center for the Performing Arts, which includes a 1,600 seat world-class concert hall named “The Palladium,” a 500-seat theater named “The Tarkington” and a 200-seat black box theater. The Center Green in Carmel City Center is also the home of the Carmel Farmers Market. This pedestrian-based master plan development is located at the southwest corner of Range Line Road and City Center Drive (126th Street). The Monon Greenway runs directly through the project. Carmel City Center was developed as a public/private partnership between the City of Carmel, Pedcor City Center Development Company and numerous developers.

About The Nash

The Nash, a three-story, $10 million mixed-use building, is just south of Phase I of City Center on the west side of Range Line Road. It contains 30 one, two and three bedroom apartments on the second and third floors and 8,000 square feet of commercial space at street level.

Graeter’s Ice Cream, Endeavor Boutique and SEP Product Design Studio are open. Be.You.Tiful Nails plans to open summer, 2018. Pedcor is in various stages of lease negotiations with other restaurant, retail and service concepts as well.

About The Baldwin & Chambers Buildings

The Baldwin & Chambers buildings, a four-story, mixed-use building, is just south of Phase I of Carmel City Center and north of The Nash on the west side of Range Line Road. It contains 26 studio, one and two bedroom apartments on the third and fourth floors and 31,000 square feet of commercial space on street and plaza level. Pedcor is in various stages of lease negotiations with restaurant, retail and service concepts.

Oliver’s Twist and Addendum Gift Gallery are currently open. The Cake Bake Shop plans to open in spring 2019. Pedcor is in various stages of lease negotiations with restaurant, retail and service concepts.
