The City of Carmel is teeming with public and private recreational facilities for all ages to enjoy. We have some of the finest Parks and Greenways in all of the Midwest. The Parks Department offers a wide variety of activities for all ages through its programming at its facility and at many of our parks. On a hot, steamy summer day, cool off at either the Inlow or West Park spray parks or breeze down the 5.2-mile Monon Greenway on your bike.

Ice skating is a year-round activity at the Carmel Ice Skadium. Tennis enthusiasts can test their skills at the Carmel Racquet Club. Baseball, basketball and soccer facilities for all age levels are also available.

Carmel also provides a wide variety of challenges at area golf courses. For fitness training, many residents enjoy the Carmel Total Fitness health club and indoor sports facilities. Laser Flash provides a place for all ages to enjoy a lively game of laser tag or to enjoy other arcade games.
