2014 Investigator of the Year Award
Detective Willie Collins, an officer with the Carmel Police Department since 1999, received the 2014 Investigator of the Year Award by the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office. Detective Collins organized and coordinated several joint investigations involving multiple law enforcement agencies in Hamilton County and across Central Indiana which resulted in charges being filed against seven people.
