Celebrate The 29th Annual “Lights On Means Lights Out For Crime”
Tuesday August 7, 2012
Help organize your neighborhood for Carmel’s 14th annual observance of this national effort to fight crime in local neighborhoods.
What Can You Do?
- Encourage residents throughout your area to show their support for crime prevention by lighting up their homes. Everyone agrees that properly lighted homes, businesses and streets deter crime, drug activity, etc.
- Help your neighbors put together an ice cream social, a block party, or other community event.
- Invite the Police and Fire Department to stop by your function.
Police & Fire Department personnel will visit as many of the Crime Watch neighborhood functions as possible in support of 2012 National Night Out
