2019 Veterans Day Ceremony
Friday, November 8th at Noon
at The Tarkington Theater
The City of Carmel, Mayor Jim Brainard and members of local veterans organizations, work together to host an annual Veterans Day Ceremony, a community event in honor of our veterans. The ceremony pays tribute and thanks those who served our country in order for us to enjoy the freedoms that we have today.
The elementary grades K-5 participate in the poster contest and middle school students grades 6-8 write essays to enter into the contest. One student is selected from each grade level to attend the ceremony and present their poster or essay during the event.

Traditionally, the Carmel Veterans Day ceremony is held at noon the business day before Veterans Day, which allows our local veterans to participate in other regional ceremonies held on Veterans Day.
The Carmel Veterans Day Ceremony is being held in
the Tarkington Theater at The Center for the Performing Arts,
Three Center Green, Suite 200, Carmel, IN 46032
This event is free and open to the public. No ticketing is required.
