Keystone Avenue and 106th Street --------------------------
Keystone Avenue and 106th Street:
This intersection will be converted to an interchange and the traffic signal will be eliminated. Construction is scheduled to begin in May. 106th Street will be closed at Keystone, but we plan to maintain four lanes on Keystone Avenue at all times. Detours will include 116th Street to the north and 96th Street to the south. The interchange is expected to open to traffic by December, 2008.
