International Arts Festival,

The International Arts Festival held in September features a juried art exhibit of artists from around the world. Visitors of all ages also can enjoy concerts, dance performances and hands-on activities for children. The festival takes place in the Carmel Arts and Design District, an area dedicated to the arts in Old Town Carmel.
