Rape Arrest

On Monday, August 2, 2021, Carmel Police arrested Stephanie L. Bradshaw, 47-year-old-female on the following charges:

• Rape – Level 3 Felony
• Sexual Battery (2 counts) – Level 6 Felony

This arrest was a result of an investigation regarding Bradshaw while she was caring for a minor with special needs.
