The Sister City Advisory Board was formed through Executive Order JB-2023-01. The board is comprised of the presidents of the boards of directors of each sister city committee to discuss mutual opportunities and coordinate efforts, when appropriate, for shared policies and procedures and to promote and participate in cultural events in the community.
