The Urban Forestry Committee was formed through Ordinance No. D-1091  (8/1/1994), and amended by Ordinance Nos. D-1757-05 (11/7/2005) and D-2067-11 (11/7/11).

The Committee will advise the Mayor in the development and administration of a comprehensive community tree management program.
