2026 Arts Grant Program

The City of Carmel is now accepting applications for the 2026 Arts Grant Program. The application window opens Monday, November 3, and closes Friday, November 21. The City Council has approved $1.36 million in total funding for the 2026 grant cycle.

To apply, please complete the online application form here. Applicants must submit the following:

• 2026 Arts Grant Program Agreement
• Application and Affidavit, including all required Exhibits (A–G)
• W-9 Form

The Affidavit must include your organization’s income information for the past three years.

Important Submission Instructions

• All submissions must be completed electronically using the form linked on this page.
• Each submission must include a completed and signed agreement, linked within the application form.
• Do not enter a dollar amount on the first page of the Agreement. Instead, specify your requested grant amount at the bottom of the form (Exhibit “A” – the Application).
